WHAT IS THE BLUE GOLD INNOVATION CHALLENGE?
BGIC is a year long program which will help 6 would entrepreneurs launch their own social business ventures. Top 10 applicants will receive training, mentorship and resources to build their business model. The rewards for the top 3 participants include seed capital, mentorship and funding opportunity from the Blue Gold Program, startup accelerators and social business funds.
- The opportunity to work with YY Goshti on launching own social businesses by accessing resources, networks and seed capital.
- Access to local NGOs, NPOs and similar organizations for resources to form valuable partnerships.
- BDT 25,00,000 – 50,00,000 funding opportunity from Blue Gold Program.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
The Blue Gold Innovation Challenge is open for innovators, students, startups and organisations from Bangladesh who would like to launch social businesses addressing water supply management, agriculture and sustainable development of south west region of Bangladesh.

It is a collaboration program between the Government of the Netherlands (donor) and the Government of Bangladesh.
